Judicial sale – Present your proposal!

Joint sale of 3 properties, one urban and two rustic with a total area of 5,496sqm, inserted in the mountains, with water and electricity and located in the parish of Gonçalo.

The urban building consists of a house in ruins with a covered area of 93sqm and a discovered area of 1403sqm.

The rustic buildings have areas of 1028sqm and 2972sqm, respectively, and border each other.

These properties were acquired in time and it was a farm for the production of wine and animals, having been struck by the fire that occurred in 2022.

Access to the properties is by dirt road and is 350 meters from the access to the public road.

The lands are presented in pavements, due to the practice of agriculture and vineyard that existed on site.
